  • The kitchenette vs full kitchen question matters more than most families realize. A kitchenette (small refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, microwave, small sink) works for someone who mostly joins the main family for dinner. A full kitchen is necessary for someone who wants to cook independently every day. Under-specifying this is one of the most common regrets we hear from families a year after moving in.
