Formalize the Project and Financial Commitments

• Contract Signing: We review the construction contract together and have you sign it.
• Payment Schedule: We review and agree on a payment schedule based on project milestones.

• Framing: Our builders construct the frame of the house.
• Roofing and Siding: Our exterior professionals install the roof and exterior walls.
• Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC: Our trusted contractors complete the essential systems installations.
• Interior Finishes: We install the interior walls, cabinets, flooring, and fixtures.
• Inspections: We conduct regular inspections throughout construction to ensure quality and compliance.
  

Step 6: Final Walkthrough and Move-in

Ensure the Home Meets Your Expectations and Standards

• Walkthrough: Your project manager conducts a detailed walkthrough with you to ensure satisfaction.
• Sign-off: We confirm completion and sign off on the project.
• Final Payment: We work with you to complete the final payment.
• Handover: We hand over the keys to your new home and provide a home maintenance guide.
• Follow-Up: We schedule a follow-up visit to address any post-move-in questions/concerns you may have.
  

Provide Ongoing Support and Peace of Mind

• Warranty: These include (from the date of handover): a one-year warranty for craftsmanship; two (2)* years on mechanicals and 10* years on any structural defect.
• Support: We provide contact information for any future questions or concerns that may come up.
