Worked with TC homes in the building of a custom home, needed some extra room after an elder relative could no longer live on their own. I will say, from the initial meeting to get an idea of what kind of house we were looking for.
The initial planning, the design, pretty much from beginning to the end. The communication from TC Homes in the construction process was top notch. Email, text, phone calls, they rose to the challenge on all fronts, answering questions, providing information, just really making the entire process smooth.
The actual build, was quick, from breaking ground to the final walk through, they were there, sometimes even when the weather didn't cooperate.
Suffice to say, at the end of the process, we were left with a beautiful home that met our families needs, with a special nod to ADA compliance in regards to helping an aging relative with medical needs. And Communication (Which was probably the most important aspect with a group like this.) was met with five star service, we were never left wondering if we were going to get an answer for a question.
I would definitely recommend TC homes for anyone looking for a builder, and plan on contacting them again for a project in the future

We searched for several months for an existing home that was ADA compliant without significant modifications. We did not locate what we were looking for and decided to look for a builder with a track record in this area. We found TC Homes and they worked with us and designed a one level home that has worked well for us. Features that we needed for our wheelchair accessible home included wide doorways and hallways, wheel-in shower and closet and full access to the kitchen. We had a couple of issues during construction (and after) in the room that our handicapped son occupies. Brian, Jason and Jerry were very accommodating in making desired (and needed) modifications as we moved through the process. We are happy with the results.

Phenomenal builder! I'm an agent for Remax and specialize in new construction. I have sold for different new construction builders over the years from national to local builders and have found TC Homes to be a top notch builder. I like that the builder is very much involved in the entire process all the way to closing. The cool part is that the founder of the company, the dad Jerry still works onsite and makes sure the final walkthrough goes smoothly. The son, Brian meets with all of their clients to ensure selections are correct, goes over the entire process and answer questions. They aren't a huge national company where you are restricted to cookie cutter options but they are always looking to offer selections that most buyers want.
